TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS: Net 30 days with approved credit. Net 30 invoices are paid with a credit card require a 3% processing fee. The pre-authorization amount is usually higher than the actual charge and may temporarily show up on your credit online statement.
We accept:
RETURNS POLICY:
- All sales are final. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. All garments must be inspected before decorating.
- No returns on decorated merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- RMA (return merchandise authorization): All returns must have written authorization. No RMA returns accepted after 30 days from the date of authorization.
- Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee (add 10% to free freight orders to cover outbound shipping charges).
- Credit for returned goods can not be given until goods are received in our warehouse.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
- All orders shipped by Apparel Unlimited UPS accounts, unless otherwise stated by customers.
- FedEx + UPS + USPS expedited delivery available at regular prices.
- Orders for sale items must be placed separately and ship standard ground.
- Apparel Unlimited is not responsible for any discrepancies on orders received by third party.
- Orders before shipped can be changed or altered. However, order shipped can not be canceled.
- LOST or DAMAGED SHIPMENT claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt.
- HANDLING FEE: A single $3.75 handling charge is applied to all orders.
