Mashook Mujib Chowdhury selected as Bangladesh’s SDG Pioneer

Mashook Mujib Chowdhury from the Sustainability department of DBL Group has been selected as the 2019 Global Compact Network Bangladesh (GCNB) SDG Pioneer. A multi-stakeholder selection group comprised of representatives from civil society, academia and the UN voted him as the 2019 GCNB SDG Pioneer. He will now automatically be included to compete in the 2019 SDG Pioneers Global Round hosted by the United Nations Global Compact. Each year, the Global Compact identifies a group of SDG Pioneers who are advancing the Global Goals through the implementation of their Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
